Some facts about LineTags in SpeedyCraft:
- order-specific: One LineTag is only used in one order. It is not reusable for other orders.
- whenever adding products or service hours to work-order, you're required to select 1, and only 1 linetag on a linetag-order.
- a LineTag may be set completed (by employee in charge on mobile device, or by the office via integration or Admin). It is not possible to select a completed linetag on new service hours / products
- employee in charge may add new linetags in mobile device on linetag-orders
- Linetags are found in SpeedyCraft by the endpoint AssignmentNote, with LineTag=true. Please note that the AssignmentNote endpoint is also used for notes on orders, then with LineTag=false.
Setup:
A work-order needs to be set with Assignment.LineTagUsage = 2 to activate LineTags on it. Please note that this is currently something that needs to be set by the integration.
Mobile device users need to have linetag activated in their user profile to be able to add new linetags using mobile device.
